Can Eat Off 'Em Now
Floors got mopped on consecutive days. Yesterday - because they needed it. Today - because I got dog poop on my slippers and tracked it all over the house. ~L

Young Tongue
For this post, my 100th TWW entry, I intended to share a reflective essay on why I enjoy keeping a journal.
Tonight, that subject was trumped at the supper table as I watched the oldest boy spend nearly a minute licking out a spaghetti stain from his t-shirt. ~L

Growing Our Own Groceries
Eating locally produced food is popular these days. Tonight's entire menu originated only a couple of dozen feet from our dinner table - including the hand cut apple wood used in the grill. ~L
* pork chops
* green beans
* applesauce
* home brew beer

3,000 Hits
It's taken 91 entries for The Writing Wredneck reach 3,000 hits. If it was part of Major League Baseball it'd be eligible for the Hall of Fame.
